PE Proper makes it possible to build a household inventory even when participants are in different places.

From the partnership workspace, the owner creates an assigned share link for a spouse or professional. The link can be copied or presented as a QR code, and it can be revoked whenever collection is complete.

On a mobile device, the participant can work where the property is located—photographing an item, recording its description and condition, and submitting it to the same organized partnership. Assigned roles preserve attribution without giving the participant the owner’s full case workspace.

If an inventory already exists, PE Proper accepts CSV or Excel files. Downloadable templates define the expected purchaser, dates, purchase prices, and fair market values, reducing manual re-entry.

When the matter is ready for review, the workspace exports Excel and CSV spreadsheets, a Google Docs-style report, court PDF schedules, thumbnail reports, and full photo exhibits.

The encrypted partnership backup provides a separate archival copy for controlled retention or later recovery.

PE Proper also identifies concrete safeguards: isolated PostgreSQL data, row-level authorization, GPS metadata stripping from uploaded photographs, password hashing, single-session controls, and revocable share tokens.
