From the matter workspace, the owner creates an assigned share link for an authorized participant or professional. The link can be copied or presented as a QR code, and it can be revoked whenever collection is complete.

On a mobile device, the participant can work where the property is located—photographing an item, recording its description and condition, and submitting it to the same organized matter. Assigned roles preserve attribution without giving the participant the owner’s full case workspace.

If an inventory already exists, PE Proper accepts CSV or Excel files. Downloadable templates define the expected purchaser, dates, purchase prices, and fair market values, reducing manual re-entry.
